The Phases of Property Restoration

The Emergency Phase
The Emergency response is when we come in to clean up the mess. Workers come in, inspect and assess what needs to be done. From here we dry or remove and clean & sanitize any affected materials as needed.

The Estimating Phase
An estimator will come in, asses the damages and measure how much needs to be repaired or replaced.
They will also collect samples of paint, materials & flooring to match what was lost. The repair costs will be submitted to your insurance adjuster.
3
Repair Phase
Once the adjuster approves the estimate we will arrange a schedule of repairs to bring the property back to its pre-loss condition.
