How long does the reconstruction process take?

If all our ducks are in a row, it should take no more than 30 days, however things are not perfect, delays happens, restoration materials get delayed on delivery or are difficult to find local sellers for exact matches or particular styles of what was there before or what the customer wants. If for whatever reason, someone demands that something specifically gets shipped from across the world. Its going to take a while.

How do you tell if the areas is completely dried?

While surface drying happens very quickly, machines need to be run continuously to dry the materials behind or under floors and walls. Humidity and material moisture meters can monitor how well drying is happening without having to cut in and take measurements.

The time/cost of electricity used by equipment is documented and will be compensated towards the home owner.

Take a buy out

You can take a buy out of what was lost. You can be reimbursed for the cost it would take reconstruction and put that into how you want things changed.

Can I hire a separate company to do reconstruction?

Of course!

It can be very convenient for customers on getting another construction company to take over the rebuilds. As our company focuses on emergencies to be resolved as quickly as possible, new jobs will always take priority. Every new job can cause delays to rebuild processes. And outside contractors can often times expedite the time a normal rebuild will take!
